Welcome to Northbeam Technology Pvt Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website buzzlee.club (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and, if you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1. Creating an Account

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2. Deactivation & Termination

You may deactivate or delete your account at any time via your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any content associated with it; however, any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., payment obligations, warranty disclaimers, indemnity) will remain in effect.

4. Services & Subscriptions

4.1. Free vs. Paid Features

Buzzlee offers both free basic features and paid subscription plans. Certain analytics (e.g., detailed follower demographics, advanced post analytics) may be restricted to paid subscribers.

4.2. In-App Purchases & Billing

• We use Razorpay to process all payments. By subscribing or making any purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms and policies.
• Billing will occur on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or yearly) depending on your chosen plan. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all subscription fees.
• All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or at our sole discretion. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle; thereafter, your account will revert to a free tier.

5. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
• Manipulate or interfere with our Service (e.g., attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware).
• Sell, rent, or lease any access to the Service or any portion thereof.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service or use any automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including text, graphics, logos, images, software) are the exclusive property of Northbeam Technology Pvt Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

By posting content (e.g., exporting Instagram links or analytics) through Buzzlee, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely to provide and promote our Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. northbeam technology pvt ltd. disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, northbeam technology pvt ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or relating to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Northbeam Technology Pvt Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of a third party (e.g., privacy rights, intellectual property rights).
• Any content you post or upload to the Service.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Basti, Uttar Pradesh, India. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms with a new "Effective Date" at the top. If changes are material, we may notify you by email (if you have an account) or by posting a notice on our homepage. Your continued use of the Service after the "Effective Date" signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
