Data Deletion Guide

1. Introduction
At Northbeam Technology Pvt Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”), we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. This guide explains how you can request deletion of your account and all associated data on buzzlee.club.
2. Who Can Request Data Deletion?
Any registered user of Buzzlee may request to delete their Personal Data. This includes:
- Account information (name, email, password, profile details).
- Linked Instagram data (username, analytics data, demographics).
- Any other personal information stored in your profile.
3. How to Initiate a Deletion Request
- Log in to Your Buzzlee Account
Visit https://app.buzzlee.club/sign-in and enter your credentials.
- Navigate to Profile Settings
Once logged in, click on your avatar (top right) and select “Profile Settings” from the dropdown menu.
- Select “Delete My Data”
Within Profile Settings, scroll to the bottom and click the red “Delete My Data” button.
- Confirm Deletion
A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm. Type “DELETE” in the text box and click “Confirm.” This action immediately deactivates your account.
- Receive Confirmation Email
We will send a confirmation email to your registered address (e.g.,
yourname@example.com) stating that your account is scheduled for deletion.
4. What Happens After You Confirm?
- 30-Day Grace Period
Your account remains in a “pending deletion” state. During this time, you can reverse the deletion by simply logging back in. If you do nothing, the process continues.
- Permanently Deleting Data
After 30 days from your deletion request:
- All Personal Data (account info, profile details) is removed from our active database.
- Instagram analytics data (views, likes, comments, demographics) tied to your account is deleted.
- Any content you uploaded or linked on Buzzlee is disassociated from your user ID and purged.
- Backups & Logs
We keep encrypted backups and logs for up to 60 days for disaster recovery only. After 60 days, even those backups are deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
5. If You Cannot Access Your Account
If you no longer have access to the email associated with your Buzzlee account or cannot log in, please email our Data Protection Officer at team@buzzlee.club with:
- Your full name as registered on Buzzlee.
- The Instagram username linked to your Buzzlee account.
- An explanation of why you cannot access your account (e.g., lost email access).
- A clear statement that you request deletion of your data under the2025 Privacy Policy.
We will verify your identity (e.g., by asking for a screenshot of your Instagram profile or another form of verification) before processing the deletion.
6. What Data Is Not Deleted
- Aggregate & Anonymized Metrics: We may retain de-identified, aggregated statistics (e.g., total number of users, overall engagement trends) that cannot be traced back to you personally.
- Legally Required Records: If applicable law requires us to retain certain information (e.g., for tax or audit purposes), we will retain that data but it will be inaccessible for any other purpose.
7. After Deletion
Once your data is permanently deleted, you will no longer be able to:
- Log in or access your Buzzlee account.
- View any previously collected analytics or posts.
- Recover any content previously linked to your account.
